 Section 01 — real estate storybooks

Storybook: The Cottages at Pheasant Knoll 55+ Community

Using a software called Studeo, I created this storybook as an educational brochure for prospective buyers looking to move into a 55+ Community development in Gorham, Maine called The Cottages at Pheasant Knoll. This storybook is designed to inform potential clients about individual Cottage styles and floorplans, the neighborhood they'd be moving into, and the town of Gorham as a whole. Storybook: The Cottages at Coastal Pines

Using the same Studeo software, I created this storybook as an educational brochure for prospective buyers looking to move into a single-family development in Kennebunk, Maine called The Cottages at Coastal Pines. This storybook is designed to inform potential clients about individual Cottage styles and floorplans, the neighborhood they'd be moving into, and the town of Kennebunk as a whole. Storybook: Keywood Manor 55+ Community

Using the same Studeo software, I created this storybook as an educational brochure for prospective buyers looking to move into a development of modular homes in Alfred, Maine called Keywood Manor. This storybook is designed to inform potential clients about the home styles and floorplans, the development as a whole.  Section 02 — Diamond Fresh Product Labels

These are product labels I designed for a company-wide rebrand of a household odor-eliminating spray brand while working as a brand manager for Amy Angell Marketing. Labels were created with Canva and Adobe Illustrator.

Objective

Create new product labels that include all of the following elements:

  • Eye catching yet visually pleasing design that captures the Diamond Fresh brand identity

  • Informative yet easy to read product title, logo, slogan, features & differentiators

  • Clear & concise description of the product and its uses

  • Easy-to-understand directions for use

  • Ingredient list and safety warning

Results

The campaign that AAM conducted — which included these redesigned labels — resulted in back to back months of record sales. The campaign doubled Diamond Fresh's monthly sales and is projected to reach 10x more monthly sales by the end of 2023.
